SkyOps is designed for regular or charter operators, and generates profits even with a small number of
aircraft. Its design is based on the usual symbolism of dispatchers :
-Horizontal scale is time scale,
-On vertical scale stand aircraft registration numbers,
-Flights are designed by colored lines with simple and evident symbolism,
-Icons above each flight give alarms and indications on flight and preparing.
Its main advantages are as following :
-Graphically sharing of commercial and actual flight information across the airline and its
stations, through the Intranet option
-Productivity gains enabled by messaging and interface features
-Crew members inputs through the “Crew” options
Time scale is fully configurable and enables an amplitude display between one hour and 31 days. On the
same basis, aircraft list to be displayed can be defined by the users. A simple click on one flight enables
immediate display of any information related to this particular flight.
The message router included in SkyOps enables real time update of the system through automatic processing of
IATA or proprietary messages. SkyOps assists in managing overfly authorizations, handling requests, ATC
slots, flight planning requests. |
